How to use Keysight Electronic Test & Measurement Order Status

Which orders can I see?

Your login profile is associated with a company. You may see all orders for this company. If Order Status cannot find your order it may be that the order is assigned to a different company. If you need more information about the company on your login profile, please: Contact Us

After I find my order, how do I get order status and other order details?

Click on the link to "View Order Status" to see order detail information.

What if there are too many orders in my list?
If the list shows too many orders, you may remove orders from your list. To remove an order from the list: select the box at the left of the order and click the "Remove from List" button at the bottom of the page. Orders that are removed from your list may be added to the list later using the "Find / Add to List" button at the top of the page.

Are there any special instructions for Purchase Order Number entry?

The Purchase Order Number field is case sensitive. Data must be entered exactly the way the data is listed on the Keysight order. If your Purchase Order (PO) Number has been entered with a space, dash, slash or other character, these characters must be included when the data value is entered into the data field. For example, if your Purchase Order Number is listed on an order as follows: ABC/ -123. Then, when you enter the PO Number it must include the exact same characters: ABC/ -123

Can I see order status for canceled orders?

If an order is added to your list and subsequently the complete order is cancelled the order will automatically be removed from your list.  If only some items of an order are cancelled but not all, the order will remain in your list but the cancelled items will be removed from the order details.  Canceled orders cannot be added to the list
