How do I connect the 33210A or 33220A to a PC via the USB port?

To connect the 33210A or 33220A via USB to the PC no extra driver is needed. All you need is the IO Libraries Suite 14 or later, which comes with your instrument.

1. Install IO Libraries (Suite 14 or later)
2. Switch on the instrument
3. Connect the USB Cable between Instrument and PC
4. After a while the window displayed below will show up. Press Next.

1. Select Display a list…

1. Windows should find USB Test and Measurement Device. Select it and press
   Next.

1. The driver will be installed.
2. Open IO Libraries. Your instrument will be detected automatically.
   If not press Refresh All
