How do I know what upgrade option to order to get Option CRP on my EXA or MXA?
On the EXA or MXA signal analyzer, press System, Show, Hardware. Refer to the row for the Front End Controller and note the Hw Id entry.
If the Hw Id of the Front End Controller is either 41 or 75, order N9010AK-CRP or N9020AK-CRP, as appropriate. The necessary hardware is already installed. The kit includes a license key entitlement certificate and installation instructions.
If the Hw Id of the Front End Controller is not either 41 or 75, order N9010AK-HL3 or N9020AK-HL3, as appropriate. The necessary hardware is not installed. The kit includes the necessary hardware, license key entitlement for both Options CR3 and CRP, and installation instructions.
