Update Rate |
Real-Time Bandwidth on N9040B is ~510 MHz. Note: In Multi-Mode with spectrum and PvT running at the same time, the Real-Time bandwidth will be 255 MHz compared to the N9030A PXA Signal Analyzer, which has a Real-Time bandwidth of 160 MHz and does not offer Multi-Mode. |
Triggers including Time-Qualified Trigger (TRT) | Minimum signal duration on the N9040B UXA Signal Analyzer for 100% Probability of Intercept (POI) is 3.33 ns for signals with 60 dB Signal-to-Noise ratio. For 100% POI with full amplitude accuracy the minimum signal duration is 3.517 us in 255 MHz BW and 510 MHz BW. The N9030A PXA Signal Analyzer has a 100% POI specification of 3.57 us in a 160 MHz BW. |
At the first launch, the N9040B UXA RTSA features will be similar to what is currently available in the N9030A PXA and N9020A MXA RTSA mode | |
