Can I use a Windows 7 PC to upgrade my PSA Series Spectrum Analyzer?

The program for updating the PSA Series Spectrum Analyzer firmware from a PC was designed to be used for Windows XP.  Through using the Windows XP Mode from within Windows 7, it is possible to use a Windows 7 PC to perform the firmware update.  Please see the instructions below.
