• M9330AF-001 Installation and testing of factory installed upgrades
• M9330AF-300 Enabling software for 16-bit dynamic sequencing
• M9330AF-330 Digital direct synthesis firmware
• M9330AF-350 Factory upgrade of M9330A model only, adds function generator application
• M9330AF-M16 Memory, 16 MS
