How do I update the operating system in an N9038A MXE EMI receiver from Windows XP to Windows 7?

The Windows 7 operating system (Windows Embedded Standard 7) that is now used in all new MXEs is a 64-bit operating system, while the Windows XP operating system previously used was a 32-bit operating system. Also, the processor assemblies that were used in all MXEs with the Windows XP operating system contain a 32-bit processor. So all operating system updates will require an upgrade of the processor assembly to the new 64-bit processor assembly.
