The Keysight Technologies, Inc. E6630A wireless connectivity test set is a PXI form-factor one box tester that integrates up to two sets of vector signal analyzer (VSA) and vector signal generator (VSG) pairs. It is designed to accelerate non-signaling-based calibration and verification test of wireless connectivity devices in high volume manufacturing, including WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth® 1.0 to 4.1, and multi-satellite GNSS (GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, etc.). The Keysight E6618A multiport adapter (MPA) connects to the E6630A, providing a seamless extension of the test plane via the MPA’s front panel. The compact and cost-effective MPA adds simultaneous receiver testing, sequential transmitter testing, and simultaneous GNSS testing for up to sixteen single-antenna devices or eight dual-antenna devices, dramatically improving manufacturing throughput while reducing the test equipment footprint and the cost of test.
