Yes, the N7609B can use any of the scenario files created for the E4438C-409. However, the ESG cannot use N7609B scenario files, since the N7609B supports many capabilities that are not supported in the ESG. If additional scenario files are needed for option 409, they can be created using the E4438C-422 scenario generator.
