Is the Instrument Control Toolbox required for all versions of Download Assistant?

Download Assistant V2.0 requires you to have MATLAB’s Instrument Control Toolbox installed. MATLAB supports instrument control, instrument configuration, and data transfer with its Instrument Control Toolbox, which allows a wide variety of Keysight instruments to be programmed from within the MATLAB environment.
