What can I do if I fail to establish hardware connection after successfully installing Keysight USB modular instrument driver on a Win7 environment?

If you encountered the event mentioned above, follow the installation best practices steps below:

i.Check the downloaded file size vs installer file size shown on the web. If the downloaded file size is smaller than original installer files size, this possible due to corrupted file. Re-download the installer file and reconfirm the downloaded file size is similar to the installer file size prior to reinstall.

ii. Before proceeding with installation, ensure user login as Administrators for the PC

iii. Set the User Account Control (UAC) at ( CONTROL PANEL->SYSTEM AND SECURITY->CHANGE USER ACCOUNT CONTROL SETTING) to the lowest level to prevent PC Security policy to halt the installation program

iv. Ensure PC is install with IO Libraries version IOLibSuite 16.2 or above

v. Re-Install AMM version AMM_setup_V2_2_1_0_with_prerequisites or above
