Why do I get the "Align 20 Hz to 3.6 GHz Required" message every time I turn my EMI Receiver on?

One of the determining factors of when an RF Preselector alignment is required is a change in the internal temperature of the instrument. So, when it has been turned off for a while the instrument will usually be at a lower temperature when it is first turned back on than what it was the last time the alignments were run. Because of this it would be expected that an alignment needed message will be displayed when an instrument is first turned on. However, as soon as the instrument's internal temperature comes back up into its normal operating range the alignment needed messages will go away, provided that all other determining factors are also met.
