Why Do I Get an Install Error Message When I Try to Upgrade my Firmware?

If this error occurs during attempts to upgrade firmware, the likely cause is a conflicting file name on the USB stick used to perform the upgrade.

The root directory of the USB stick must not contain any file name that contains the string: N9912A_ (for example).  Remove any of these files from the USB stick before attempting another firmware upgrade.

Examples of problem file names: N9912A_A.04.03.zip, N9912A_US47500034.lic.
