Security for Keysight Online Store
Keysight Online Parts Store uses a combination of secure sockets layer (SSL) software encryption technology along with Email and database encryption to ensure your purchases and information (e.g. credit card number and password) are kept secure in this online environment.

Warranty Terms
Parts are warranted for a period of 90 days after delivery.

Return and Refund Policy
If Keysight receives written notice of cancellation prior to shipment by Keysight, there will be no charges or fees assessed. If Keysight receives notice of cancellation during or after shipment but prior to delivery to you, Keysight may at its discretion charge 15% of the net purchase price of the part as a return/restocking fee. If you have operated the product, Keysight may charge an additional refurbishment fee. If a return fee is charged, it may be deducted from the return credit to you. You will also be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the part to Keysight. Certain repair parts with an expired shelf life are not returnable.

Requests for return must be made within 60 days of the product's shipment date. Call the Customer Contact Center at 1-800-829-4444 to initiate the approval process for a return. Upon approval for a product return, Keysight will issue a return authorization number to you, which may be used within 30 days of issuance to return the product to Keysight.
