How do I request a report of the product(s) I registered previously?

You can always view your list of registered products in myKeysight www.keysight.com/find/mykeysight. Once you login , click on the My Products tab where you will see a portlet called My Products which lists all of the products you have registered along with other information such as current status and firmware version etc. or alternatively send an email to the product registration support team at: product.registration@keysight.com.
