Digital Channel Failures on MSO6000 Series and MSO7000 Series Oscilloscopes

There have been some reports of digital channel failures on MSO6000 Series and MSO7000 Series oscilloscopes. A possible failure mechanism has been traced to the firmware on the oscillocopes, particularly system firmware 1.30.
