Instrument(s) which have the signal studio license (s) pre-installed will also come with the signal studio binder but without the certificate entitlement. This is because the certificate entitlement(s) is only meant for license(s) that you need to install to the instrument(s) by yourself. Since the license(s) is already pre-installed, the certificate entitlement(s) is not attached.
