What are the part numbers for the cables necessary to create a multi-card logic analyzer module?

If you plan to use multiple logic analyzer cards to expand the channel count within a single clock domain, you must connect each card to the next card with three cables: a pair of 2x40 or 2x50 cables and a single 2x10 or 2x15 cable.

Keysight includes a pair of the 2x40 or 2x50 cables in the accessory kit that you get with each new logic analyzer card. The 2x10 or 2x15 cable is likely already installed on the card and just needs to be routed to a different connector as per your mainframe’s Installation Guide (see links below).

If you need to replace any of these cables, use the part numbers below.

For 16753A, 16754A, 16755A, 16756A, 16910A, 16911A, 16950A, 16950B, and 16951B modules:

Pair of 2x50 cables: 16754-60002
2x15 cable: 16754-61602

For 16715A, 16716A, 16717A, 16718A, 16719A, 16740A, 16741A, 16750A/B, 16751A/B, 16752A/B, and 16760A modules:

Pair of 2x40 cables: 16715-60001
2x10 cable: 16555-61605
