Is there any difference between the compensation function of the E4980A and that of the 4284A?

The differences from the 4284A's compensation function are as follows:

• Open/Short/Load compensation can be performed at a maximum of 201 frequency points.
• Open/Short/Load compensation data can be extracted by an external PC even when the E4980A is not equipped with option E4980A-301
• Open/Short/Load compensation data can be entered from an external PC.
