What does the Input Impedance in Table 11-24 of E4980A User's Guide and Table 39 of E4980A data sheet mean and how should it be applied?

The Table 11-24 and Table 39 describe input impedance of DC bias current monitor. The input impedance causes a bias voltage level monitor error (Vdc monitor error) equal to "Input Impedance x Bias Current". Though the error is sufficiently small value within Vdc monitor accuracy, it causes a monitor voltage discontinuity of approximately 4 mV at the bounds of measurement ranges where the input impedance changes.
