What is the recommended SMD test fixture for use with the 4338B?

There is no SMD test fixture designed for use with the 4338B. In order to measure SMD devices, the 16044A SMD test fixture is recommended, because it has four-terminal (Kelvin) contact configuration suitable for low resistance measurement. The minimum size of measurable DUT is 0603 (EIA code) or 1608 (JIS code). When the DUT is smaller, the 16034G can be used to contact DUT which is as small as 0201 (EIA code) or 0603 (JIS code) size. Since the 16034G has two-terminal contact configuration, contact resistance affects low resistance measurement.
