To use the Segmented Memory feature on InfiniiVision (5000/6000/7000 Series) oscilloscopes, you need firmware version 5.10 or above. To upgrade your oscilloscope's firmware, see: InfiniiVision 5000/6000/7000 Series Oscilloscope Software

Then, press the Acquire key, and you will see Segmented Memory feature listed in the menu.
