How wide range of resistivity can the 4339B measure when used with the 16008B?

When the 4339B is used with the 16008B, surface resistivity and volume resistivity measurement ranges are as follows:

Surface resistivity measurement range;
19 kΩ to 4 x 1017 Ω; D1 = 50 mm, D2 = 70 mm (standard electrodes)
17 kΩ to 3 x 1017 Ω; D1 = 26 mm, D2 = 38 mm (Option 16008B-001 or -002 electrodes)
43 kΩ to 7 x 1017 Ω; D1 = 76 mm, D2 = 88 mm (Option 16008B-001 or -003 electrodes)
Where, D1 is the diameter of main electrode and, D2 is the inner diameter of ring electrode.

Volume resistivity measurement range;
290 kΩ-cm to 4 x 1018 Ω-cm; D1 = 50 mm, D2 = 70 mm (standard electrodes)
80 kΩ-cm to 1.2 x 1018 Ω-cm; D1 = 26 mm, D2 = 38 mm (Option 16008B-001 or -002 electrodes)
530 kΩ-cm to 8 x 1018 Ω-cm; D1 = 76 mm, D2 = 88 mm (Option 16008B-001 or -003 electrodes)
The volume resistivity measurement range applies when the thickness (t) of MUT (Material Under Test) is 1 mm. If the thickness is not 1 mm (t ≠ 1 mm), the measurement range is proportional to 1/t.
