Does Sweep End signal output on 24-bit I/O port of the 4294A have similar definition as End of Measure (EOM) signal on LCR meters?

Sweep End signal means the end of entire sweep measurement, not the end of measurement at each sweep point. For the method of detecting the end of measurement at each sweep point, please refer to Status Register System described in the 4294A programming manual.
