Can scanned data be exported? If so, what formats are supported?

Yes. Data can be exported to files in either ASCII or Unicode format. You can control the column separator, decimal symbols, filter data, and automatically split data for importing into an Excel spreadsheet (see “Export Data Preferences” in the Help menu for details).
