When should I perform system recovery?
(SUPPORTED MODELS IN BOLD: E5071C, E5072A, E5070B/71B, E5070A/71A, E5061A/62A, E5061B)
When you encounter the following problems, it's necessary to perform system recovery.
- "xxx file is missing" is displayed on the DOS screen
- "Searching for boot record from IDE-0 ... OK" is displayed
- Windows OS always boots up in safe mode
- The E5071C/72A/70B/71B/70A/71A/61A/62A/61B logo screen is not displayed after power on
By executing system recovery, you can return the system of the ENA (the windows operating system and the firmware) to the factory state.
