Connect two or more racks together

Tie kits are used to join two or more racks together to create a multi-bay configuration. The tie kit bolts the columns of adjacent racks together and completes the multi-bay solution with a cosmetic finish.

Installation

Remove items from the cabinet that could interfere with the installation of the tie kit. Remove side panels that will not be needed when the two cabinets are tied together. Position the two cabinets next to each other.

Put the L-shaped tie-top panel and front panel in place between the two cabinets. Secure with included mounting hardware.

Tools required for installation:

  • Torx T25 screwdriver
  • Socket wrenches
  • Level
