1. Click the link below to download the "Genesys_2018_Addon_Tutorial_Videos.zip" file (ZIP, 571 MB)

2. Unzip this file to your Genesys 2020 or 2018 installation video sub-folder.

3. Restart Genesys. You will then have complete access to all Genesys tutorial videos from within Genesys.

  2. Unzip this file to your Genesys 2015.08 installation video sub-folder.
  3. Restart Genesys. You will then have complete access to all Genesys tutorial videos from within Genesys.

 

For users of the prior Genesys 2015.08 release, these tutorial videos complement the videos included in the Genesys 2015.08 installer.

When unzipped into the installed Genesys 2015.08 video sub-folder, the complete listing of tutorial videos will be presented in the Welcome start-up screen when Genesys is next started.
