Yes. However, there are some limitations.

No. Scan lists can only be run sequentially

An Action Script contains one or more action steps that perform actions on modules in 34970A/34980A instruments, and other instrumentation connected to the PC.

You can save data to files on any disk drive or storage media connected to your PC.

Can I reduce data while scanning?
No. All scanned data is saved in the datalog.

Can I set a limit on multiple channels?
Yes. After configuring more than one channel limit on the “Configure Scan Lists” tab, you can configure the On Multiple Channel Limits event on the “Configure Events” tab.

Can I filter the data shown on a graph?
Yes. On a graph tab, click the Channels... button to select which channels to graph and/or to show only certain measurement functions.
