What is eSMART? Who can access it?
eSMART – refers to "electronic Service Management and Request Tool". It is a tool to log and track service request for Keysight remote support.
Customers on Keysight support agreement which includes 24x7 support coverage will be provided access to eSMART. Access to eSMART requires a valid Login/Password and System Handle provided by Keysight for the duration of the support agreement.
