My PC cannot connect to the E9340A LogicWave. What steps may I take to resolve this?
Some PCs, particularly laptops, are not able to connect to the E9340A. As an initial troubleshooting step, please install the most recent version of the operating system software for E9340A. As of this writing, version 1.21 is the most recent and is known to solve certain connectivity problems. You may order the upgrade CD free-of-charge at http://software.cos.agilent.com/LogicWave
