AXIe Oscilloscopes & Digitizers

The Keysight AXIe Digitizer’s portfolio combines high channel density, measurement fidelity and high throughput to build scalable acquisition systems with high channel count and fast, accurate measurements in a compact form factor.

Designed to benefit from fast data interfaces, the Keysight AXIe high-speed digitizers are compatible with both AXIe and AdvancedTCA (ATCA) chassis slots. Based on ATCA, the AXIe standard implements extensions for instrumentation and test, and uses clever techniques do add powerful timing features.

For multi-channel measurements, the accurate trigger position and multi-module synchronization are enabled by AXIe advanced backplane timing interfaces.
