Keysight offers a wide range of digitizers in PXI format, including PXI-Hybrid and PXI Express. Keysight digitizers are analog-to-digital converter versatile cards based on a modular architecture. Keysight’s offering of PXI digitizers includes Digitizing Oscilloscopes and IF Digitizers
Keysight digitizing scopes are 8- to 10-bit digitizers of up to 4 GS/s sampling rate and targeting the implementation of multiple features that allow Scope-like functionalities, like:
- Selectable AC/DC coupling, and selectable 50Ω/1MΩ input impedance
- Multiple full-scale range
- Complex triggering capabilities
- Multiple-channel synchronization
These digitizers are developed for time-domain measurements and to optimize the usability from a computer for automated test purposes and applications requiring a large number of channel counts.
Keysight IF digitizers are high-resolution (>10-bit), high-speed digitizers designed for frequency domain measurements, offering the best conversion fidelity, thanks particularly to proprietary ADC chipsets optimizing high-speed ADC performance. IF digitizers are therefore developed to optimize the performance as opposition to the number of features, allowing to reach up to 3 GHz instantaneous analog bandwidth, and up to 4Gb/s sampling rate.
