With our range of high-speed digitizers, Keysight’s digitizers improve your measurement fidelity, signal integrity and measurement throughput, keeping low the total cost of ownership.

The entire range provides up to 12-bit of vertical resolution, 8 GSa/s and 3 GHz of bandwidth with on-board real-time processing. It includes digitizers in PCIe, PXIe and AXIe form factors, configurable in single to multichannel solutions. They are embedded in OEM systems using light detection and ranging (LiDAR), radar, time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MS-TOF), optical coherence tomography (OCT) technologies among others, Test and Measurement of wireless devices, Aerospace & Defense and High energy physics applications.
